    Aiming for a resurgence of his long career as an action star, Steven Seagal has come on board “Cypher” at Aldamisa Intl.

    Aldamisa topper Sergei Bespalev and Seagal are producing the $25 million project, targeted for an April launch of production. The project
    has been quietly unveiled at the American Film Market with preliminary discussions about international sales.

    Seagal will portray a special forces operative who — frustrated with the bureaucracy of war — goes rogue and tries to exterminate terrorists being protected by the government.
